HDB Resale Prices Up 2.9% In Q4, 4.8% For Entire 2020
SG’s communal property sector ended the yr on a productive scale, with Housing and Development Board RPI raising almost 3% q-o-q in the fourth quart of 2K20, presented Housing and Development Board display estimates issue on 4January21.
For the whole of 2020, resale house asking prices raised 4.8 percent.
HDB noted that the index “produces tips on the standard cost activities in the resale government property sector”.
Housing and Development Board continued that it is going to launch the RPI for the complete quarter, as well as the more detailed government housing information, on 22 January.
It published that it is going to supply almost 37hundred BTO house in Bukit Batok, Tengah, Toa Payoh along with Kallang Whampoa during second calendar month of the year.
“The plan also includes the fresh Area Care Apartments in Bt Batok,” it announced.
During May, another 3,800 BTO house in Geylang, Bukit Merah, Tengah together with Woodlands will be granted.
“With the industrial uncertainness because of COVID-19, Housing and Development Board is monitoring the housing sector very closely and will measure the produce if necessitated,” it said.
